FAQ's for offsite access for staff of NSLHD

You can now access some of your favourite journals offsite. Here is a list of FAQs to help you. If you need assistance, please contact the RNSH library on 9926 4555 or NSLHD-Library@health.nsw.gov.au

How do I log-in?

You can log in to the NSLHD Library Catalogue at the top right-hand corner of the page. Click on “Log in to your account.”

I’m at work, do I need to log-in?

No. You do not need to login to access the NSLHD Library Catalogue resources from work.

Do I need to join the library to access the offsite resources?

Yes. Fill out a membership form online. Once library staff have verified your staff status, you will receive your login details.

Who can access the libraries’ offsite resources?

The libraries offsite resources are only available to current NSLHD staff at Hornsby, Macquarie Mental Health, Mona Vale, Royal North Shore and Ryde Hospitals. Students do not have access – your University library will provide a large range of electronic resources relevant to your needs.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my username?

Your username is your stafflink ID. Contact us if you require assistance. Phone 9926 4555 or NSLHD-Library@health.nsw.gov.au

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Contact the library on 9926 4555 or NSLHD-Library@health.nsw.gov.au

Is my library password the same as my CIAP password?

No. CIAP requires a different login and password to the NSLHD library catalogue. You must register with CIAP via a hospital PC. Go to ciap.health.nsw.gov.au
